Pre-conception: Starting 3 months prior to trying to conceive

Patients are commonly treated for approximately three months prior the start of beginning your infertility journey whether it's  insemination, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor-egg transfer or unexplained diagnosis.  

​

It takes about 90 days for an dormant egg to grow from a follicle to a mature egg ready to be released. We recommend starting treatment three months before starting ART for the eggs to mature to ensure a women will reproduce quality follicles, prepare the uterus, improve uterine lining, balance hormones to optimize the chance for a successful conception.​
